No, advanced reservations aren't required, but they're highly encouraged if you'd like to guarantee a spot at a specific time slot or day of the week. If you drop in for a visit without booking your passes in advance, there may be a chance that we are at capacity, especially during our high‑traffic periods, or you may not be able to make the most of the two‑hour play sessions.
We do not sell physical tickets—all tickets sales are made online via Sawyer*, our third‑party ticketing and registration management platform. If you drop in for a visit, we will still direct you to purchase tickets via Sawyer as our liability waivers are completed through their site during the checkout process.

Nope! We charge on a per‑child basis. Grown ups are always free to visit when accompanying a child.
While adults are free to drop by to peruse our gift shop at any time, for the safety of the kids, we don't, under any circumstances, allow any adults in the play areas unless they're the parent or legal guardian of a visiting child.
If your plans change, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your reserved date and time to allow other guests to grab your time slot! Full refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your reserved date and time.
Advanced reservations can be rescheduled one (1) time. You may reschedule your reservation no less than four (4) hours before your scheduled date and time.
If you have already rescheduled a reservation once before, a new ticket per child will need to be purchased in the future if you cannot make it to your rescheduled time slot.
Our play space is built with children between the ages of six (6) months old to six (6) years old in mind. However, we also offer classes and workshops that extend beyond this age range.
All guests participating in any capacity in the play space must wear socks, but kid and adult‑sized socks are available for purchase if you happen to forget! For our guests' safety and to maintain the cleanliness of our play space, we don't allow street shoes to be worn in the main play area, but free‑to‑use shoe cubbies are available at the front to store your shoes and other belongings.
Yes, every child participating in any capacity within our space must have a signed waiver on file. Waivers are completed during the online checkout process.
Yes, every child participating in any capacity within our space needs to have a parent or legal guardian on‑site to observe at all times.
Yes! We require an adult to child ratio of 1:4 per visiting party. Please bring backup if you're bringing more than four (4) kids to ensure everyone's safety during your visit.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure that we remain at or below the maximum capacity allowed in our space, our play time is broken into four play sessions per day. Each play session is two hours long, with a break from 12pm‑1pm to provide our staff time to sanitize communal areas between the morning and afternoon play sessions*.
*Time limit policy updated as of February 29, 2024.
Yes, you're absolutely allowed to bring snacks and drinks, as long as they are nut‑free! They just can't be consumed in the main play area because we want to keep that area clean and spill‑free for all our guests. All food and drink items need to remain in the designated food and drink area. For those who don't want to pack snacks or simply forget to bring them, we also offer a variety of yummy snacks and drinks on‑site to purchase!
Strollers can take up a lot of room, and like street shoes, can also track germs into the play space. For this reason, please keep strollers out of the main play area so our young visitors have the space to roam freely and safely! We ask that you keep them in your car if possible to help us maximize the available space in our facility. If you need to bring them inside, please fold up or park your stroller outside of the main play area and do not block doorways or walkways.
Yes, we have an on‑site nursing room!
Yes, we offer free, high‑speed wi‑fi for all guests!
