reserve my spot!To ensure everyone's well‑being, we have the following health policies in place:
Clean hands keep us all healthier! We recommend that everyone washes their hands before and after spending time in the play space or using the bathroom. If you leave the play area to eat or drink at any point during your visit, handwashing is required before entering the play area again to keep those spaces clean and free of potential food allergens. Hand sanitizer stations are also available throughout the space for your convenience!
If you, your child, or another guest in your party is feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, runny nose, or sore throat, please kindly stay home! It's hard to miss out on the fun, but this helps prevent the spread of illnesses and ensures a healthier environment for everyone. Advanced reservations can be rescheduled one (1) time no less than four (4) hours before your scheduled date and time, or fully refunded if requested 24 hours before your scheduled date and time.
Our incredible staff maintains a rigorous cleaning schedule to ensure all play areas, toys, and surfaces are regularly sanitized. We use child‑friendly, non‑toxic cleaning products to keep the environment safe and hygienic for all.
While we encourage children to socialize and interact with each other, our play areas are also designed to allow children ample space to play and explore while maintaining a safe distance from others.
In accordance with current health guidelines, face masks are currently optional in our facility. Although our guests aren't required to wear masks, we support and respect every guest's decision regarding their use.
Proper air circulation helps reduce the concentration of potentially harmful airborne particles, which is why we've invested in a ventilation system that regularly circulates fresh air throughout the facility, providing a well‑ventilated environment for everyone to enjoy.
We conduct regular inspections to ensure that all equipment, furniture, and structures are clean and in tip‑top shape to keep our guests safe. With this said, please let us know immediately if you notice any potential hazards, damaged toys or equipment, or other safety concerns in our facility!
We regularly monitor local health guidelines and update our health policy as needed to align with the latest recommendations. We also welcome your feedback and suggestions, as we strive to get better with time!
We have a few rules in place to help all of our guests have a safe, enjoyable experience. These rules are also posted in our play space, so please review them before you play!
Children need to be with and watched by their adult or legal guardian at all times while they're inside our space.
All guests participating in any capacity in the play space must wear socks. For our guests' safety and to maintain the cleanliness of our play space, we don't allow street shoes to be worn in the main play area, but free‑to‑use shoe cubbies are available to store your shoes and other belongings. If you forget to bring your own pair, kid and adult‑sized socks are available for purchase on‑site!
Eating and drinking isn't allowed in the main play area to keep it clean and spill‑free, and to prevent any choking hazards. Outside snacks are allowed, but we are a nut‑free facility, so please double check before bringing your snacks into our space!
If you or your children leave the main play area at any point during your visit to eat or drink, you must wash your hands before re-entering to keep the main play area free of crumbs, sticky hands, and food allergens.
For the safety of our littlest guests, please do not enter into the Petite Play area if your child(ren) are not under the age of two (2).
We've built our space to encourage children to engage in safe and gentle play. For the safety of all, please keep an eye on your kids to avoid dangerous, rough, or aggressive behavior that could cause harm to themselves, others, or structures and equipment in the play space.
Please ask your children to walk carefully and mindfully of others while moving within the play space. Examples of behavior to avoid include, but are not limited to:
Our space is meant to be safe and inclusive for all. We don't tolerate any form of bullying, harassment, or aggressive behavior towards others. Any complaints from others or poor behavior observed by our staff will result in an immediate removal from our space without a refund, as well as a permanent ban from utilizing our facility. Thank you for your understanding!
To ensure the safety of our guests, we have a strict no weapons policy. This policy applies to all visitors, regardless of age. There are no exceptions. As such, we reserve the right to ask guests with prohibited items to leave the premises, and/or contact law enforcement if necessary.
As a guest, if you see someone with a prohibited item, please let one of our Team Members know. Our goal is to create a fun and safe environment for children to play. Thank you for your cooperation!

Guests who willfully break the posted rules or engage in dangerous, unruly, aggressive, or violent behavior will be removed and/or temporarily or permanently banned from entering our premises. Additionally, legal action may be taken to compensate for any damage to structures, furniture, equipment, etc. resulting from the failure to abide by our rules.
Our team members are passionate play enthusiasts, always ready with a smile and a helpful hand. Each one is handpicked for their knack with kids and their love of fostering fun. They've all been background checked, have had thorough training to keep your little ones safe, and they're up to speed with their food handler's permit and first aid and CPR certifications. So, while your child is diving into adventures, you can relax knowing they're in good, friendly hands.
To further ensure a safe environment, every child participating in any capacity within our space needs to have a parent or legal guardian on‑site. All children who visit, regardless of age, also need to have a completed waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to playing in our space.
Keep in mind, we require an adult to child ratio of 1:4. Please bring backup if you're bringing more than four (4) kids to ensure everyone's safety during your visit.
And there you have it! Each of our procedures is like an invisible safety net, woven to uphold the well‑being of every child that enters our space. With safety at our core, your child can explore freely and you can relax, knowing they're in a caring space that prioritizes their holistic wellness.
